〇 Quality assurance content
After the PFCC product is installed at an authorized store, the following quality guarantees will be provided within the corresponding warranty period based on the model of the product:
1. During the warranty period of the product, the scope of product quality assurance is as follows:
‌① Resistant to yellowing; ② . Leaves no residue; ③ . Free from water spots; ④ . Does not bubble; ⑤. No hydrolysis
2.Ensure the self-adhesion performance of the film, without causing non-contact deformation, delamination, or natural detachment from the vehicle body.
3. Ensure that the appearance of the film surface does not exhibit noticeable fading due to sunlight exposure.
4. Ensure that there is almost no residual adhesive left when the film is peeled off from the paint surface, and that the original paint is not peeled off or damaged (peeling or damage to the repainted part of the paint surface is not covered by the warranty, and the results of paint composition testing by an authoritative organization shall prevail).

〇 Precautions
1. In the initial stage after construction, the adhesion of the membrane is relatively low. Please do not touch the membrane surface and edge parts.
2. In the early stage after construction, bubbles or water droplets may appear on the membrane surface, which is normal and will disappear naturally after about 10 days.
3. No car wash is allowed within 1 week after construction, and it is recommended to return to the shop for quality inspection within 1 week
4. Please avoid using items containing adhesive or similar substances to affix the film surface.
5. Please avoid using cleaning tools that are prone to causing damage to the film surface. Do not use brushes, abrasives, or sponges containing abrasives to clean the film surface.
6. It is recommended to perform routine maintenance on the membrane surface every three months

〇 Exemption from liability
1. PFCC and the construction unit will not be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle body or film surface caused by natural disasters, external forces, strong acid or alkaline objects, or incorrect maintenance methods.
2. When removing the film, it should be professionally done by the construction unit. PFCC and the construction unit will not be held responsible for any damage to the film or paint caused by unauthorized removal by the vehicle owner.
